INSPECTION & TESTING SERVICES

 

Our Workshop based or On-site testing and inspection service is designed for customers requiring their lifting, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment to be thoroughly examined and certified in accordance with current safety regulations, at our workshop, their own premises, or on site.

Our dedicated on-site inspection Test Engineers and vehicles travel to our customers premises or sites across the UK offering a cost effective time saving alternative to having the lifting equipment removed from site to be inspected and re certified.

Colour Coded ID System to promote safe practice in the work place
On-site consultation as to the safe usage of lifting equipment
Minor On-site repairs undertaken

Thorough examinations are carried out in accordance with,
LOLER – The Lifting Operations Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998
SI 1998/2307 (LOLER).

PUWER – Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998
SI 1998/2306 (PUWER).

All completed examinations are issued with Inspection Reports and Test Certificates accompanied by the relevant documentation, traceable to national standards.

Based in Middlesbrough, John Gibson Hire & Sales Ltd offer a first-class repair service for all types of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and powered lifting equipment.

All of our repairs are carried out in our well equipped, modern workshop with Certificated Test Rigs
 

John Gibson Hire and Sales Ltd will provide customers with Inspection Reports and Estimates for repairs to equipment that fails on examination.
